So, you wanna get to knowing your way around the website ReLife Habits. Well congratulations!!! You found the right article to get a learn on.
Scheduling Quests
First, you wanna be looking at the quest screen, as shown here.

You wanna click the “Schedule” button in order to get to the dropdown shown below.

Once you click save, your schedule on your dashboard will be updated with the quest you just added.

Completing Quests
In order to complete a quest after you’ve done it in real life, you must click the finish button on a day it’s scheduled.

After you click finish, you’ll be met with your stat growth page, showing your new upgraded stats.

Once done reading, click the button below to see the impact of the completed quest on your progress toward killing the current boss.

The factors that affect the final damage will be shown in a list, and each factor is multiplicative.
From left to right, the factors are:

Base Damage
Quest Streak Multiplier
Resist/Weakness Multiplier
Quest Difficulty Multiplier
Your base damage is based on a combination of the amount of the relevant stat you have, and the total sum of the rest of your stats. For example, if you completed a bravery quest, most of the base damage is derived from how much total bravery you have, but to a lesser extent the total amount of the 3 other stats you have.
Your quest streak multiplier is based on the current streak you have for the quest you just completed, and is not a universal streak across all your quests.
Your resist/weakness multiplier is based on the stat type of the quest you completed against the resists and weaknesses of the boss being faced. Not all bosses have resists or weaknesses.

In this instance, the boss would take 1.5x damage from completing bravery quests, and take 0.5x damage from strength quests.
Acquiring Cosmetics
Once you’ve defeated a boss, you’ll receive 3 items from a weighted loot table.

If you feel unlucky, that’s normal. All rarities are weighted equally between all bosses. For example, if a boss has 10 peasantly items and 10 knightly items, you’ll still receive peasantly items at the same drop rate than if the boss had 10 peasantly items and 100 knightly items.
If you want to raise the odds in your favor, you can craft scrap boxes from the inventory menu that guarantee higher rarities and better drop rates.

In order to get the scrap needed to craft these scrap boxes, you have to scrap your gear, which deletes it in exchange for 1 scrap of the same rarity as the gear.

Once you have sufficient scrap, you can craft scrap boxes that will guarantee an item of a rarity higher than the named rarity of the scrapbox itself. For example, peasantly scrapboxes guarantee an item of a higher rarity than peasantly.

The first 3 rarities (peasantly, artisan, knightly) are expected to be fairly common. The last 3 rarities (noble, kingly, emperor) are meant to be extremely hard to acquire
